1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TunedRides (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TunedRides, an EU-based independent team governed by Lithuanian law. These terms apply to all users, whether using the free tier or a paid subscription.
2. What the Service Does
TunedRides is an AI-powered car visualization tool. You upload a photograph of a vehicle (or select from our stock library), choose a modification style — such as widebody, stance, JDM, drift, custom wrap, or color change — and the Service produces a photoreal AI-generated render of that vehicle in the selected style. Renders are for visualization and planning purposes. They are not engineering documents, modification specifications, or guarantees of real-world outcome.
3. Free Tier and Pro Subscription
Free tier: All registered users receive a free tier that includes a limited number of renders per day. Free renders are watermarked with the TunedRides logo. The watermark may not be removed, cropped, or otherwise obscured.
Pro subscription: Pro subscribers receive unlimited HD renders with no watermark, priority processing queue access, and any additional features introduced during the subscription period. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Lifetime plan:A one-time payment grants you all Pro features permanently, including any improvements made during the product's lifetime. Lifetime access is non-transferable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are issued mid-period except where required by applicable law.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day refund on your first purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the initial charge. Refunds are not available on subsequent billing periods.
4. Your Input Photos
You retain all rights to photographs you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant TunedRides a limited, non-exclusive license to process that image through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of generating your requested render. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. Source photos are not stored long-term after render delivery — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photograph you submit. Do not upload photos of other people's vehicles without their permission.
5. AI-Generated Renders
TunedRides retains a license to use AI-generated renders produced by our system for product development, marketing, and improvement purposes — including displaying example renders on our website, social media, and app stores. If you do not want your renders used in this way, you may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Render opt-out." We will not use renders associated with your account for promotional purposes after receiving a valid opt-out request.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate renders depicting unlawful modifications (e.g., obscured plates, police imitation).
- Upload photographs that infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to circumvent watermarks, rate limits, or subscription controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute renders or access to the Service without written permission.
- Use automated means to access the Service at scale without prior written consent.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
7. DMCA Policy
If you believe content on TunedRides infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the URL or description of the infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We will respond to valid notices promptly.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that renders will perfectly match the appearance of any real-world modification. AI outputs may contain artifacts or imperfections. TunedRides is not liable for any decisions made based on renders produced by the Service, including but not limited to purchasing, modifying, or insuring a vehicle.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
