Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your first TunedRides Pro or Business purchase — monthly or annual billing only — within 30 days of the initial charge. If you're not happy with the quality of your renders, just email us.

The Weekly plan is not covered by the 30-day guarantee, for a plain arithmetic reason: a $2.99 weekly subscription renews more than four times inside any 30-day window, so a 30-day money-back promise would make every one of those already-used weeks refundable. Instead, cancel anytime before renewal — you keep access until the current week ends and are never charged again. This does not limit any statutory refund rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country.

To request a refund, email hello@tunedrides.com within 30 days of your first charge with the subject line "Refund request". Include the email address on your account. We process all refunds within 3 business days. Stripe will return the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Render Packs

Bad render on a pack purchase? Email hello@tunedrides.com within 7 days — we'll re-run it or refund you.

Eligibility

• First purchase only. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment on a monthly or annual plan. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
• Weekly plan: no money-back window. Weekly charges are non-refundable once the week has started (see above for why). Cancel before renewal to stop future charges; statutory rights are unaffected.
• Render packs: unused credits only. One-time packs are refundable within 30 days for credits you have not yet spent. Credits you already used produced renders that were delivered to you, so those cannot be refunded. When a pack is refunded, its unused credits are removed from your balance.
• Pro monthly subscription. Cancel first (account settings), then request a refund for the first charge. You retain Pro access until the billing period ends.
• Pro or Business annual subscription. Cancel first (account settings), then request a refund. Refunded in full within 30 days of the initial charge.

Cancellation

Cancel your Pro subscription any time from your account dashboard — no phone call, no retention flow, no dark patterns. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full Pro access until then.
