30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your first TunedRides purchase — Pro monthly subscription or Lifetime plan — within 30 days of the initial charge. If you're not happy with the quality of your renders, just email us.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first charge with the subject line "Refund request". Include the email address on your account. We process all refunds within 3 business days. Stripe will return the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Eligibility

• First purchase only. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
• Pro monthly subscription. Cancel first (account settings), then request a refund for the first charge. You retain Pro access until the billing period ends.
• Lifetime plan. Refundable within 30 days of purchase. Access is revoked on refund.
• Single-use passes. Non-refundable after the render is delivered.

Cancellation

Cancel your Pro subscription any time from your account dashboard — no phone call, no retention flow, no dark patterns. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full Pro access until then.
