Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-05-24
TunedRides does not sell or share your personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
TunedRides does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We therefore have no opt-out to offer under California law because there is nothing to opt out of.
We do use the third-party service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (Stripe for payments, Replicate for AI rendering, Anthropic for vision detection, Cloudflare for hosting, Neon for database storage, Google Analytics for anonymised usage analytics, Vercel for application hosting). These are contractually bound service providers under the CCPA, not buyers of your data.
If you would still like to exercise any California privacy right, email [email protected] with the subject "California Privacy Request" and we will respond within 45 days as the CCPA requires.
You can also exercise your right to delete personal information directly from your account settings (Danger zone).
