The 2022-onward RS3 (8Y) is the first RS3 that is already wide from the factory: Audi gave it its own flared front wings and a wider track over the standard A3, plus the RS Torque Splitter on the rear axle. That is why a true widebody kit for the 8Y barely exists, and why the kits that do exist are mostly aero and fender add-ons rather than cut-and-weld flares. The reference car is ABT's RS3-R, a special edition that ABT says is limited to 200 units. It has 500 PS and 600 Nm from the 2.5-litre five-cylinder, a 1.5-inch drop and 20-inch forged wheels on Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport R tyres. The body gets a gloss carbon front lip, flics, mirror caps and rear insert, plus gloss-black fender add-ons that widen the arches visually; ABT publishes no width figure for them. Hodoor sells the RS3-R aero set, suspension and wheels as a package for the 2023-on facelift on request. Below that sit the carbon aero makers. Revozport's full carbon kits for the 8Y are front lip, grille add-on, canards, bonnet, side skirts, rear diffuser and roof spoiler, sold as plug-and-play with no trimming; Paktechz makes a dry-carbon bonnet. None of those add real width. So an 8Y widebody today is either the ABT look (factory-plus with fender add-ons and a drop) or a bespoke job, like the custom wide designs Hodoor shows for the car. RS3 (8Y) Widebody Kit: The Cost Breakdown

The 8Y numbers are the highest of any RS3 build because the parts are carbon and the car is new. Revozport's full carbon kit is $10,645 for the Limousine (sedan) and $11,245 for the Sportback, with the pieces also sold separately: rear diffuser $1,850, boot spoiler $640, bonnet $5,200, front canards $595. A used full carbon kit sold for £2,600 on the Audi Sport forum against a £4,526 retail price, which tells you the resale is weak and the new price is negotiable. Paktechz's dry-carbon bonnet lists at £1,995 with a sale price of £1,350. ABT's RS3-R package is priced on request through Hodoor and, with suspension, wheels, interior and the 500 PS performance upgrade bundled in, is the most expensive route by a wide margin. If you want more width than the ABT add-ons give, that is bespoke bodywork: fabricated flares on a car this new typically run $2,000–$5,000 in bodywork before paint and $1,500–$3,000 to blend into the factory colour, and you lose the factory wings' clean line. Wheels follow the ABT recipe: 20-inch on the 5x112 pattern with a lower offset to fill the arches, and a 1–1.5 inch drop on springs or coilovers. A finished ABT-style 8Y is realistically a $12,000–$20,000 project on top of a $65,000 car; those are estimates, and the carbon kit prices above are the only firm ones.
